1. Where will my listings be posted ?

Thanks to our channel manager, we connect listings with all of the popular websites: Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, TripAdvisor, HomeAway, misterb&b, MagicStay.

3. Am I free to use my apartment?

The apartment will be ready for your stay, but you must consider previously made bookings.

5. What about the potential damage in the apartment?

Destructions in our apartments happen very rarely, but in case of any damage, we will take care of it. We charge a deposit fee from every guest in order to cover potential damage. Besides that we have an insurance, that will cover any damage. We are responsible for your apartment. This is guaranteed in our agreement.

2. How much could I earn?

It’s hard to say without knowing all the features of your home. After viewing the apartment our employee will prepare estimation of revenue. We prepare your listings with care, and adjust your prices dynamically. This means that the price of your apartment rental will be adapted according to different criteria (day of the week, occupancy of neighbouring properties, past prices, local events) with the aim of achieving the best price possible.

4. Do I have to prepare my apartment for rent?

Appropriate preparation of an apartment for rent is an important element of the satisfaction of your guests. Therefore we will help you do it and where possible we will do it for you. Our Home Stager may advise you on how to increase the attractiveness of your apartment by taking small necessary steps. The appropriate equipment in the apartment is also crucial.

6. What are the form of settlement?

Settlements are made on a monthly basis. Till the 20th of every month, you will receive a summary of completed stays and costs.
